The Al Ain chapter of the Emirates Natural History Group is directed by a Committee as set out in the chapter's constitution. The duties of individual table officers are discussed in a supplement to the bylaws of the constitution. As of September 2002, the chapter's constitution is undergoing a review with amendments to be proposed to bring the document into line with current operations.

The Committee meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm. All members of the Al Ain chapter of the Emirates Natural History Group are invited to join Committee members to discuss the activities of the group. Meetings are usually held at the Resource Centre at the Al Ain English Speaking School.

The Committee is elected by the members of the Al Ain chapter of the ENHG at the Group's Annual General Meeting held on the fourth Tuesday of November each year. All positions are open.
