Annual General Meeting 2000

Annual General Meeting 2000

The Al Ain chapter of the Emirates Natural History Group held its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, November 28 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Al Ain. The AGM was held in conjunction with the group's Photography Competiton.

The winners of the photography competition held in conjunction with the AGM 2000 are listed below. In the autumn of 2000, more than 80 superb photographs were submitted. The panel of two judges had a difficult time selecting winning entries but eventually awarded prizes in all seven categories: Abstract, Culture and Heritage, Digital, Flora and Fauna, Field Trips, Landscapes, and People. In addition, members attending the Annual General Meeting each voted for the People's Choice award recipient.
